Same-day dispatch
Orders placed and paid before 2:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday, leave our Manchester hub the same day. Orders after the cut-off ship the next working day.
Custom PC builds
Ready-to-ship builds marked "Next Day" follow the same cut-off. Builds with custom configuration are assembled and stress-tested for 24 hours before dispatch — allow 1–2 extra working days.
Tracking
Every parcel is fully tracked. You receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order is scanned by the courier.
Delivery areas
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man may add 1–2 working days and a courier surcharge calculated at checkout.
Large items
Full PC systems ship in reinforced double-wall packaging with expanding foam inserts. Monitors ship in original manufacturer packaging inside a protective outer box.
